Wine produced only in exceptional vintages. Grapes are selected from vineyards over 80 years old in Masqito (PZ). Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 27° and the resulting wine is aged in French oak barriques with 100% wood for 36 months. Aging ends in bottle for at least 6 months.

FermentationThe alcoholic fermentation is performed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 27 degree. The resulting wine is filled in other stainless steel tanks and rests for 48 hours
Ageing ProcessThe wine is stored in French oak barrels 80 percent new and 20 percent of their second passage, for a period of 12 to 24 months
