Collection: i Clivi
In Corno di Rosazzo, Gramogliano, I Clivi found a home and an important legacy: an old vineyard on Ponca, the great Friulian terroir.
Like exiles who return to their original lands, without a true oenological training, they learned the language of Friulian wines starting from ABC, choosing in any case to let what really matters, the quality.
The wines of I Clivi originate from ancient indigenous vines, whose roots extend deeply into a land of border, with an austere yet jovial character.
A work of art, to be such, must possess a requirement of irreproducibility. In Clivi's wines this unique and recognizable character is ensured by the vines that are over 70 years old.
I Clivi has been awarded several times with the greatest awards of different Wine guides, 4 Tastevin from Vitae AIS wine guide and 97/100 from The Essential Guide of Italian Wines by Doctor Wine (Daniele Cernilli).
