Letrari Dosaggio Zero Riserva

Sparkling wine obtained from the union of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested exclusively by hand, with permanence on the lees for at least 36 months to enhance its soft elegance.

The color is golden, bright and lively. The perfume offers a range of fragrances ranging from bread crust to vanilla tones, on a base of apple cream and dried fruit. The taste is full with notes of ripe apple raised on a background of citrus and hazelnut.

The Zero Dosage processing makes it blunt and clean in its complexity with a good acidulous vein. A fresh and lively wine, full and solid structure, with a very persistent finish, just like its very fine perlage.
